Terms and Conditions – Stephanie Glaeser - Steph Forward Coaching

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Stephanie Glaeser/ Steph Forward Coaching, located in The Hague/ Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98050052.
 1.2 By using my services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.


2. Services

2.1 Stephanie Glaeser/ Steph Forward Coaching provides career coaching services.
 2.2 I am not a psychologist, therapist, or life coach. My expertise is limited to career and professional guidance.
2.3 If, during the process, it becomes clear that the client’s needs fall outside my expertise, I reserve the right to terminate the coaching and refer the client to an appropriate professional.


3. Introductory Session

3.1 The initial introductory session is free of charge and without obligation. Named: "Free Initial Chat".
3.2 After this session, the client can decide whether to continue with the coaching.


4. Sessions and Payment

4.1 The client pays per session. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
4.2 An invoice will be issued every three sessions or at the conclusion of our work, whichever occurs first. Payment is due upon receipt.
4.3 There is no obligation to commit to multiple sessions. The client may stop the coaching at any time.


5. Fees and Price Changes

11.1 Coaching services are charged per session of approximately 60 minutes at the rate agreed upon at the start of the coaching.
 11.2 All prices are quoted in euros and include or exclude VAT where applicable.
 11.3 Any changes to pricing will be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance and will not affect sessions already booked.



6. Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 If the client cancels late or fails to attend, 50% of the session fee will be charged.


7. Confidentiality

6.1 All information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.


8. Liability

7.1 I will provide professional and high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results.
7.2 The client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions following coaching sessions.
7.3 Stephanie Glaeser/ Steph Forward Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.


9. Applicable Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Stephanie Glaeser/ Steph Forward Coaching is established.


10. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

9.1 Stephanie Glaeser/ Steph Forward Coaching processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
 9.2 Personal data collected (such as name, email address, contact details, and session-related notes) is used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services, communication, and invoicing.
 9.3 Personal data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated, or as required by law (e.g., up to 7 years for financial records).
 9.4 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
 9.5 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.



11. Disclaimer – No Therapy or Medical Advice

10.1 Coaching sessions are focused on career development and do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
 10.2 If during the coaching process it becomes evident that therapeutic or psychological support is necessary, Stephanie Glaeser/ Steph Forward Coaching reserves the right to terminate the coaching and will advise the client to seek appropriate professional assistance.
 10.3 The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own mental and physical well-being and for seeking professional help where necessary.
