I was born in 1984 in Germany and have been living in the Netherlands since 2019. With over 15 years in HR and recruitment — in start-ups, established companies, and international teams — I’ve learned how different work cultures, roles, and career paths shape people’s journeys.

Now, as a job coach, I use this experience to guide and inspire others in finding the direction and opportunities that truly fit them.
